FAQ
How do you pronounce your company name?
It's simple, just call us "Top"! That single word embodies our aspiration to be the best in everything we do. Every time we see our name, it fuels our drive for continuous improvement. And when we see it on you, we see the dedication and excellence of top athletes, whether you're on the track, the field, or pushing your limits in any arena.
Can you make custom uniforms for my team?
Absolutely! This is truly what we specialize in here at Tawp. Our passion is creating the best-designed jerseys using the highest quality materials. We're constantly striving to improve our processes, patterns, and material selection to enhance comfort and performance for your team.
Do you have samples?
Yes! We can create custom samples for your team so you can perfectly color-match your needs. Keep in mind that the printer and fabric can slightly affect the final color on your jersey. We'll provide a range of color swatches and a sample jersey to give you a feel for the fit and finish of our garments, as well as help you determine your sizing and other options.
Do you make logos from scratch?
While our primary focus is bringing your existing logos and designs to life beautifully on our jerseys, we can also design a new logo for you. Keep in mind that creating a new logo can add to the overall production time, as our expertise lies in jersey design and printing. If you have a design ready, we're experts at getting it onto your custom jerseys!
Do your jersey tees have numbers?
Absolutely! All of our jerseys come with numbers on the sleeves, unless your league has specified otherwise.
What’s the difference in straight cut and curve cut?
The primary difference lies in the fit. Curve cut jerseys are designed to be more fitted to the body. This cut often provides a more streamlined and athletic silhouette.
Straight cut jerseys, on the other hand, offer a looser, more relaxed fit, providing a unisex feel. This cut prioritizes comfort and ease of movement with a less form-fitting design.
Do you make reversible jerseys?
Yes, we do! We print on both sides of the fabric to create truly reversible jerseys from a single layer. This clever design keeps the jersey lightweight and won't restrict your movement during gameplay.
Is your sizing true to size?
We recommend taking a look at our size chart to find your perfect fit! We craft all our garments to consistently match these measurements. Our skilled tailor meticulously constructs each jersey to meet our sizing expectations, ensuring you receive the fit you anticipate.
If you're ever unsure about your size, the best approach is to compare our size chart against a non-stretchy garment you currently own. As shown in our diagram, this will give you the most accurate comparison. While our jersey material is highly stretchy to enhance your derby performance, it shouldn't need to be stretched just to put it on.
If you’re still unsure, you can additionally order a sample jersey from us, as these are made to assist in understanding sizing for your league.
Do you have a minimum order?
No. Just need one jersey? We got you!
How long will it take to get my jersey?
For established teams with finalized designs, you can typically expect your jerseys to be printed and shipped within about two weeks.
If you're a new team working with us on the design, the overall timeline can depend on how long the design process takes. However, once we've reached final approval on your design, we aim to ship your order within the same two-week timeframe!
Where are your products designed and made?
We have taken immense effort to select premium materials for our usage and your performance. Once those materials arrive at our office in Austin, Texas, our in-house designers create your designs, and we handle all the printing and garment construction right here on-site. This allows us to maintain quality control and get your custom jerseys to you as efficiently as possible!
